I am also aware that the use of drugs and psychotropic substances is forbidden on site. I commit myself to respect these principles on site. I am aware that Présence à soi et au monde does not allow animals on the site. I undertake to respect this. I am aware that at Présence à soi et au monde there is only one space allowed for smoking called "The Pipe Place". If I am a smoker, I agree to restrict myself to this area for smoking during the week. I am aware that our cooks will need help with the preparation of lunch and dinner and that breakfast is self-catered. Everyone will participate in the cooking or washing up of one lunch or dinner during the week. A financial contribution of 100€ to be paid in cash on site for these meals is expected. I commit myself to participate in paying my contribution for the food. Given the collective organisation of the meals (cooking, washing up, cleaning of the restaurant) and the collaborative aspect of this retreat (carpooling, pooling of equipment, roles to function as a group...), I am aware that this requires me to invest some of my time before the event (1-2 hours to fill in and read the organisational charts) and to participate in the collective tasks. I commit to this. To facilitate the collective organisation, we will exchange email addresses and telephone numbers with each other. I agree to this. I am aware that the retreat is bilingual French/English, that about half of the workshops will be in English and half in French, and that the workshops will not necessarily be translated into the other language. I am willing to come and experience this multilingualism knowing that if I don't speak both languages, there may be times when I have to follow the flow without relying on verbal understanding of what is happening 😉
